Velosolutions Vorld Challenge terms

1. Challenge Period The Velosolutions China Challenge runs from 27th June 2026 until 31 August 2026. Only points earned during the official challenge period count towards the final ranking. 2. Prize At the end of the challenge, the highest-ranked male rider and the highest-ranked female rider, based on total points earned during the challenge period, will each win a trip to the 2026 Velosolutions UCI Pump Track World Championships in Beijing, China. The Velosolutions UCI Pump Track World Championships will take place from 15–17 October 2026. Each prize includes: Return flight to Beijing, China Accommodation arranged by Velosolutions Any expenses not explicitly listed above remain the responsibility of the winner. No cash alternative, reimbursement, compensation or substitute prize will be provided. 3. Participation Participation is free through the Vorld App. By participating in the challenge, riders agree to these Terms & Conditions and any future updates. Participants must comply with all applicable laws, local regulations, track rules and instructions from venue operators. 4. Ride Smart Your safety comes first. Do not take unnecessary risks while trying to earn points. Participation is entirely at your own risk. Each rider is solely responsible for their own safety, health, equipment, insurance and behaviour. Velosolutions, Vorld, track owners, partners, sponsors and event organisers accept no responsibility for injuries, accidents, losses, damages or other consequences resulting from participation in the challenge. Always wear appropriate protective equipment and ride within your abilities. 5. Fair Play Only valid points recorded and verified through the Vorld App count towards the challenge. Velosolutions reserves the right to review, validate, adjust or remove points at any time. Velosolutions reserves the right to correct rankings, points or challenge results if technical issues, software bugs, validation updates or data integrity checks reveal inaccurate results. Velosolutions may disqualify participants or cancel prizes in cases including, but not limited to: - cheating - manipulation of rankings - exploitation of software or hardware vulnerabilities - fraudulent activity - use of multiple accounts - abuse of the system - unsportsmanlike conduct - behaviour that damages the reputation of the challenge, Vorld or Velosolutions Velosolutions’ decisions regarding rankings, points, eligibility and winners are final. 6. Identity Verification Before a prize is awarded, Velosolutions may require winners to provide proof of identity, age, residence or other information reasonably necessary to verify eligibility. Failure to provide requested information within the specified timeframe may result in disqualification. 7. Travel Requirements Prize winners are solely responsible for ensuring that they are legally able to travel to China. This includes, but is not limited to: - possessing a valid passport - obtaining any required visa - obtaining any required travel authorisations - complying with health requirements - complying with entry requirements imposed by authorities Velosolutions does not guarantee that any participant will be granted entry into China. 8. Inability to Travel If a winner is unable to travel for any reason, including but not limited to: - visa refusal - missing travel documents - expired passport - government restrictions - political circumstances - personal circumstances - illness - injury - work commitments - school commitments - family commitments - the prize shall be forfeited. No cash alternative, reimbursement, compensation or substitute prize will be provided. 9. Non-Transferability Prizes are personal and non-transferable. Prizes may not be sold, exchanged or transferred to another person without the prior written approval of Velosolutions. 10. Winner Notification Winners will be contacted using the contact information associated with their Vorld account. If a winner cannot be contacted or fails to respond within 14 days of notification, Velosolutions may award the prize to the next eligible rider in the ranking. 11. Travel Arrangements Travel dates, accommodation and related arrangements will be determined by Velosolutions and/or its partners. Winners may be required to travel on specific dates associated with the 2026 Velosolutions UCI Pump Track World Championships. No compensation will be provided if a winner cannot travel on the proposed dates. 12. Event Changes The Velosolutions UCI Pump Track World Championships and associated travel plans may be modified, postponed, relocated or cancelled. Velosolutions shall not be liable for circumstances outside its reasonable control. No additional compensation shall be owed if changes become necessary. 13. Force Majeure Velosolutions reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel the challenge in whole or in part due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to: - natural disasters - extreme weather - war - civil unrest - public health emergencies - government actions - travel restrictions - technical failures - cybersecurity incidents 14. Taxes and Personal Obligations Winners are solely responsible for any taxes, duties, fees or other obligations that may arise under the laws of their country of residence. Velosolutions accepts no responsibility for such obligations. 15. Limitation of Liability To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Velosolutions, Vorld, partners, sponsors, track owners and organisers shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential or special damages arising from participation in the challenge or acceptance of any prize. 16. Privacy Personal information collected through participation will be processed in accordance with the Vorld Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws. 17. Changes to These Terms Velosolutions may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. The latest version will always be published here. Participants are responsible for reviewing any updates. Continued participation in the challenge constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms & Conditions. 18. Acceptance By participating in the Velosolutions China Challenge, participants acknowledge that they have read, understood and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
