Your lap times are waiting

Vorld automatically times every lap you ride on a Velosolutions Pump Track with a Vorld Gate. No transponder. No guesswork. Just you, the track, and the clock.

How it works

Download Vorld and create your profile

Free on iOS and Android. Find a Vorld-equipped Velosolutions Pump Track near you, they're marked in red on the map. Choose your age category and discipline when you set up.

Head to the track.

Find the closest track near you in our map.

Open the app, start your session, and put your phone in your trouser pocket.

Not your jacket. Not your bag. Not mounted on the bike. Trouser pocket, every time. This is the one thing that matters most for consistent timing.

Ride up to speed and cross the red Vorld Line at least twice.

You don't need to start at the line. Build speed first, then cross it, your lap timer starts automatically on your first crossing.

Keep riding.

Every crossing is detected and recorded. Vorld handles the rest.

No GPS. No transponder. 9 years in the making.

Most timing systems have a problem. GPS is inaccurate on short, fast laps, the kind you ride on a pumptrack. Transponder systems work better, but they cost money and put the burden on the rider to buy hardware.

Velosolutions spent nine years developing a different approach. The Vorld Gate is embedded below the surface of the track, completely invisible. Your phone picks up its signal as you cross the line. That's it. Precise timing, nothing to buy, nothing to carry except the phone already in your pocket.

No GPS

Gate-based detection, not position estimation. Accurate on every lap, however fast.

No transponder

Your phone is all you need. Nothing to buy, nothing to forget at home.

Invisible hardware

The gate is below the surface. You'll never see it, trip on it, or worry about it.

Everyone competes on a level playing field.

You're not competing against the whole world at once. Vorld puts you in a category with riders like you, same age group, same discipline, same gender.

Age

< 17

Open

40+

Discipline

directions_bike
skateboarding
roller_skating
scooter

Gender

male
female
transgender

You can ride more than one discipline. If you skate and ride a bike, you'll appear in both rankings, and your points from all disciplines count toward your overall Vorld Ranking.

Your age category is set automatically from your profile. If you're Under 17 or 40+ and want to compete in the Open category instead, you can switch, but it's a one-way decision until three months have passed. A category change means you start in the new category from scratch, because you won't take your old points with you, and you can't compete in both simultaneously.

Points & Ranking

The ranking that rewards showing up.

Lap 8 ranking screenshot

Every time you ride with the timing activated, you'll show up in the rankings. If you make the top 10 of the day or the top 100 of the month, you earn points. Points come from 4 different rankings: times of the day, laps of the day, times of the month, laps of the month.

A rider who comes to the track several times a month will get more chances to score than a rider who only shows up once.

All your points feed into the Vorld Ranking, updated every day after midnight. Points stay valid for 365 days.

Ride consistently and you'll climb up to the top of the Vorld Ranking!

All Velosolutions Pump Tracks are on the map in the app. Tracks with the Vorld Gate installed are marked in red. If your local track isn't red yet, it doesn't have the gate - but that can change.
