EPIC Bikepark Leogang Challenge terms

1. Organiser, Challenge Period and Location The “(Leo)Gang Days Challenge” is organised by Vorld and takes place from 24 July 2026 to 26 July 2026. Vorld is responsible for the organisation of the Challenge, the technical operation of the Challenge through the Vorld App, the recording and verification of laps and the administration of the Challenge ranking. Leoganger Bergbahnen GmbH / EPIC Bikepark Leogang acts as a Challenge partner and provides the main prize. The Challenge takes place on the occasion of the 25th anniversary of EPIC Bikepark Leogang on the Velosolutions World Champs Pumptrack in Leogang. 2. Challenge Format and Ranking The Challenge is ranked based on the highest number of valid laps completed. For the ranking, the total number of valid laps completed by a participant during the official Challenge period on the Velosolutions World Champs Pumptrack in Leogang counts. Only rides and laps recorded and verified through the Vorld App count towards the ranking. Participation is possible with MTB and BMX. The Challenge is open to participants of all age and gender. Participants under the age of 18 may participate only with the consent of a parent or legal guardian. At the end of the Challenge period, the person with the highest number of valid laps in the Challenge ranking wins. 3. Prize The winner receives the main prize of the Challenge. Main prize: EPIC Bikepark Leogang Season Pass 2027 The prize is provided by Leoganger Bergbahnen GmbH / EPIC Bikepark Leogang. The prize is personal and non-transferable. No cash alternative, reimbursement, compensation or substitute prize will be provided unless expressly stated otherwise in these Terms. The prize is subject to the applicable ticket and operating conditions of Leoganger Bergbahnen GmbH. Travel, accommodation, equipment and any other additional costs related to the use of the prize are not included. 4. Participation Participation is free through the Vorld App. By participating in the Challenge, participants accept these Terms and Conditions as well as the applicable Vorld Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. Participants must comply with all applicable laws, local regulations, Pumptrack rules and instructions from Vorld, Leoganger Bergbahnen GmbH, the track operator or other responsible persons on site. For participants under the age of 18, participation in the Challenge confirms that consent from a parent or legal guardian has been obtained. Vorld and/or Leoganger Bergbahnen GmbH may request written confirmation of this consent before the prize is awarded. 5. Safety and Responsibility Safety comes first. Pumptrack riding and related activities involve inherent risks, including injury, serious injury, permanent disability or death. Participation is voluntary and participants are responsible for assessing whether they are physically and mentally capable of safely participating in the Challenge. Each participant is responsible for their own safety, health, equipment, insurance and behaviour. Participants must ride within their abilities, avoid unnecessary risks and ensure that their equipment is properly fitted, functional and in good condition. Participants are responsible for checking the visible condition of the Pumptrack before riding. A ride or lap may only be started if the track is visible, clear of obstacles and appears safe to ride. Participants must not ride if any part of the track appears unsafe, damaged, blocked, closed or otherwise dangerous. Track and weather conditions may change at any time. Participants must follow all instructions from Vorld, Leoganger Bergbahnen GmbH, the track operator and responsible persons on site. Participants must wear a suitable and correctly fitted helmet while riding. The use of additional appropriate protective equipment is strongly recommended. Participation in the Challenge does not grant participants priority or exclusive use of the Pumptrack. Participants must respect other users and avoid blocking or unnecessarily occupying the track. Vorld, Leoganger Bergbahnen GmbH, EPIC Bikepark Leogang, Velosolutions, track owners, partners, sponsors and operators do not continuously monitor track conditions or participant behaviour. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by applicable law. In particular, liability for personal injury and liability for damage caused intentionally or through gross negligence remain unaffected. To the extent permitted by applicable law, Vorld, Leoganger Bergbahnen GmbH, EPIC Bikepark Leogang, Velosolutions, track owners, partners, sponsors and operators are not liable for damages resulting solely from the inherent risks of Pumptrack riding, a participant’s own behaviour, unsuitable equipment or a failure to follow the applicable rules and instructions. 6. Fair Play Vorld reserves the right to review, validate, adjust or remove rides, laps and results where reasonably necessary to ensure a correct and fair ranking. Vorld may correct rankings or Challenge results if technical issues, software bugs, validation updates or data checks reveal inaccurate results. Vorld may disqualify participants or cancel prizes in cases including, but not limited to: • cheating; • manipulation of rankings; • exploitation of software or hardware vulnerabilities; • fraudulent activity; • use of multiple accounts; • account sharing; • abuse of the system; • unsafe or reckless riding; • serious or repeated breaches of the Pumptrack rules; • unsportsmanlike conduct; • harassment, threats, discriminatory behaviour or vandalism directly connected with the Challenge. Vorld’s decisions regarding technical lap validation and rankings are based on the available technical data. Vorld is responsible for decisions regarding eligibility, disqualification and the final Challenge ranking. Leoganger Bergbahnen GmbH may be consulted in matters directly relating to the prize or the use of the Pumptrack. Mandatory statutory rights remain unaffected. 7. Identity Verification Before a prize is awarded, Vorld may require the winner to provide information reasonably necessary to verify their identity, age, eligibility and Vorld account. If the winner is under the age of 18, written consent from a parent or legal guardian may be required before the prize is awarded. Failure to provide the requested information within the specified time frame may result in disqualification. 8. Winner Notification and Prize Handling The winner will be contacted by Vorld using the email address associated with their Vorld account or the email address used during registration. To allow the prize to be handed over or redeemed, the winner must provide the required information after being contacted. Vorld may share the winner’s necessary contact and verification information with Leoganger Bergbahnen GmbH solely for the administration and provision of the prize. If the winner cannot be contacted, fails to respond or does not provide the required information within 14 days of notification, the right to claim the prize will be forfeited. In this case, Vorld may select the next eligible participant in the final Challenge ranking. Vorld and Leoganger Bergbahnen GmbH are not responsible for incorrect, incomplete or outdated contact information provided by participants. 9. Media and Content Vorld and Leoganger Bergbahnen GmbH / EPIC Bikepark Leogang may use Challenge-related rankings, results and statistics for communication, promotional and editorial purposes. This may include the publication of usernames, ranking positions, numbers of valid laps and information regarding the winner. If participants upload or submit photos, videos or other content related to the Challenge, they confirm that they have the necessary rights and permissions to do so and that the content does not infringe the rights of third parties. The submission or upload of content does not automatically grant Leoganger Bergbahnen GmbH or EPIC Bikepark Leogang unrestricted usage rights. Where participant content is to be used separately for advertising or promotional purposes outside the Vorld App, additional consent or a separate usage agreement may be requested. 10. Event Changes Vorld reserves the right to modify, postpone, suspend or cancel the Challenge in whole or in part if reasonably necessary. This may particularly apply in the event of: • technical failures; • safety concerns; • unsuitable track or weather conditions; • operational restrictions; • force majeure; • circumstances outside Vorld’s reasonable control. Where changes concern the Pumptrack, its operation or on-site safety, Vorld will coordinate with Leoganger Bergbahnen GmbH and/or the responsible track operator. Vorld shall not be liable for circumstances outside its reasonable control. No additional compensation shall be owed if changes become necessary, unless otherwise required by applicable law. 11. Privacy Personal information collected through participation in the Challenge will be processed by Vorld in accordance with the applicable Vorld Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws. Vorld is responsible for processing data required for: • registration and participation in the Challenge; • recording and verifying laps; • maintaining the Challenge ranking; • preventing fraud and manipulation; • contacting and verifying the winner. This may include account information, usernames, contact information, age information, lap data, ranking information and technical information required for the operation of the Vorld App. Challenge-related information such as usernames, rankings, numbers of valid laps and performance statistics may be visible to other users within the Vorld App or published as part of Challenge communication. For the purpose of prize handling, Vorld may provide Leoganger Bergbahnen GmbH with the winner’s name, contact details, age confirmation and other information reasonably required to verify eligibility and provide the prize. Leoganger Bergbahnen GmbH will process this information solely for: • contacting and identifying the winner; • confirming eligibility; • obtaining parental or legal guardian consent where required; • issuing and administering the prize; • fulfilling applicable legal obligations. The information provided to Leoganger Bergbahnen GmbH will not be used for unrelated advertising or marketing purposes without separate consent. Personal data will be stored only for as long as necessary for the administration of the Challenge and the prize, unless a longer retention period is required by law. Participants may exercise their applicable data protection rights by contacting Vorld in relation to data processed through the Vorld App and Leoganger Bergbahnen GmbH in relation to data processed for prize administration. 12. Changes to These Terms Vorld may update these Terms and Conditions where reasonably necessary, particularly due to legal requirements, safety concerns, technical issues or circumstances affecting the fair operation of the Challenge. The latest version will be published through the relevant Vorld or Challenge communication channels. Material changes will not apply retroactively to the disadvantage of participants unless required for safety, legal compliance or the integrity of the Challenge. Continued participation after an update constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms and Conditions. 13. Acceptance By participating in the “(Leo)Gang Days Challenge”, participants acknowledge that they have read, understood and agreed to these Terms and Conditions. Participants confirm that they: • participate voluntarily; • accept the inherent risks associated with Pumptrack riding; • agree to ride responsibly and within their abilities; • comply with all applicable rules and instructions. Participants under the age of 18 confirm that consent from a parent or legal guardian has been obtained.
